Examination Passing Policy

Should a student complete a Firebrand Training Program without having successfully passed all vendor examinations, the student may re-attend that program for a period of one year.  Students will only be responsible for accommodations and vendor exam fees.

This course offers you a career development path if you already hold the ISEB/EXIN ITIL® Foundation certificate. It is recommended - but not required - that you have exposure to basic concepts in IT, and related work experience of at least two years.

Required professional qualifications

You are required to have achieved a minimum of 17 credits from any combination of ITIL V3 units or a combination of V2 Practitioner and V3 units (including an ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, or v2 to v3 bridge equivalent).

This course completes the ITIL® Capability and Lifecycle qualification programme, and leads to the ITIL® Expert qualification.
