"The training through firebrand was all in all a good experience. The instructor was a brilliant tutor who made sure we were all engaged. I feel as though the course needed an extra day in each subject for the information to sink in properly, and the one main issue I had was that the course resources were outdated for the exams we were sitting which made it harder to revise, but the trainer did recognise this and put some material into his lessons to try and overcome this.
